We work with veterans, families, case managers, social workers, housing navigators, and community partners to coordinate referrals and determine whether New Horizon may be an appropriate housing option.

New Horizon is designed for veterans who are able to live independently and are looking for stable housing within a supportive shared community.
New Horizon does not provide 24-hour supervision, nursing care, medication administration, assisted-living services, or hands-on personal care. Veterans who require those services may be better served by a higher level of care.
